1) Why should I join Frankel’s Infotech ?
a. Frankel’s Infotech has been dedicated in I. T. Training for over 10 years and has been managed by Mr. Pankaj Jagasia who personally imparts training.

2) Who should join a course at Frankel’s Infotech ?

3) What are the fees for the course ?

6) What is the location of your Institute ?
We are situated in the heart of Pune at 288 Mahatma Gandhi Road. A detailed location map can be obtained at http://frankelsinfotech.com/contactus.aspx

7) Do you have any other branches ?
No we do not have any branches.

8) Which all cities do you have an Institute in ?
We only have our institute in Pune.

9) I am a fresher, is this course suitable for me ?
Surely as long as you have an apt for programming and are comfortable with C and C++ you can join our courses.

10) I do not know C++ can I join Java or Microsoft.NET ?
No. In order to learn Java or Microsoft.NET you must have strong knowledge in C++

11) I am out of touch with C++, can I join your course ?
If you are confident about the technology, we suggest first revise your concepts on C/C++ and then join our course.

12) I do not have knowledge about C and C++ can you provide me training on the same ?
No, we are not in training for C & C++ at the moment.

13) Can I make an online payment ?
No. We do not have any online payment facility. You can visit our office and pay by cash or cheque payable at Pune.

14) Can I reserve my admission by paying a small part payment ?
In order to have a confirmed seat you must pay 50% of the fees in advance.

15) What is Smart Card and why are we charged for the same ?
Smart Card is your identity in our Institute. We use Smart Cards to monitor your attendance and progress.

16) Are there facilities for installments ?
The course fees are paid in two instalments, the first instalment would be 50% of the fees at the time of admission and the second instalment has to be paid within the first 3 lectures.

17) Can I sit for a trial session ?
No, we do not allow students to attend any sessions unless and until they have taken admission.

18) Will my fees be refunded if I want to leave the training in between the course ?
No. Once you have taken admission under no circumstances would the fees be returned.

19) Can I switch my batch to another one ?
Yes, we do allow students with genuine reasons to switch their batches. They can choose any future batch as long as they complete their course within six months of joining of the first course. However, Frankel’s Infotech does reserve the right to refuse a batch switch without any explanations.

20) Will I get a certificate after the completion of the course ?
Yes. After having completed the course with atleast 85% attendance and securing minimum 50% marks in each exam for the course a student is eligible for a certificate.

21) What if I fail in one of the Examinations ?
If you fail in any examination we would not issue you a certificate.

22) Will I get a live project during or after the course ?
No we do not provide any live projects during or after the course. The assignments provided during the course are self challenging and are based on industry standards.

23) Do you provide placement guarantee after the completion of the course ?
No we do not provide any placements. We do offer our list of students to Corporates and other Organisations looking for candidates.

24) What kind of assignments would I get during the course ?
Each course has a set of proven assignments that are developed and monitor by Mr. Pankaj Jagasia

25) Can I use the Lab. Facility to complete my assignments ?
Yes. The Lab. Facility is available after paying the respective fees for the same.

26) How do I ask doubts about the assignments that I would be completing ?
You can either send us an email with the attachment of the assignment or you could ask the question on the following lecture in the class.

27) What is the criteria eligibility for the Certificate ?
Yes. After having completed the course with atleast 85% attendance and securing minimum 50% marks in each exam for the course a student is eligible for a certificate.

28) Is your Certificate associated with a Brand or collaborated with a University ?
No our Certificates are not associated with any Brand our collaborated with a University but are well known in the I. T. Companies.

29) Is your Certificate recognized by I.T. Companies ?
Yes, our Institute is well recognized by I.T. Companies.

30) Who is the Faculty for delivering lectures and conducting the training ?
Mr. Pankaj Jagasia is the Lead Trainer and conducts all training in the Institute.

31) What is the profile of the mentor/trainer conducting the training ?

32) Can I get some references of your ex-Students to gather their feedback ?

33) What if I am unable to attend any of the lectures during the course ?
We are sorry but no lecture will be repeated under any circumstances, neither does our trainer devote any additional time to explain the same topic to our students.

34) Do you provide any course material during the course ?
No we do not provide any course material. The students are expected to write notes in class during their session.

37) What are the Institute timmings ?
Our timmings are from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

38) Do you have weekend batches for Core & Advanced Java ?
No. Core & Advanced Java is conducted only on alternate weekdays

39) Do you have weekend batches for Working Professionals ?
Yes. We do have Microsoft.NET and Enterprise Java courses that run on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

40) Are the working professionals and students be combined in the same batch ?
Yes. We use a combine batch for working professionals and students. However we do keep in mind the grasping of each category.

41) How many students will be there in a single batch ?
We accommodate a maximum of 40 students per batch.

42) Will I get personal attention during the training ?
Yes personal attention is the key to our success.
